Introduction

JiangYu Wang, the owner of this website, is currently serving as an assistant professor of law at the Law Faculty of National University of Singapore. He is teaching world trade law, comparative law (China), Chinese business law (mainly banking, financial and securities regulations, and foreign trade law), and comparative securities regulations at NUS. His research interests include: international commerciallaw, international trade law, international financial law, capitial markets, comparative law, European Union law, and Internet and ecommerce.
